Description

1. product description:

Easy to operate, accurate measurement data, all metal manufacturing, durable. The dial sphygmomanometer is a model specially designed for home users by the medical device manufacturer that produces the desktop sphygmomanometer. It is small and convenient to carry, and has strong measurement accuracy. Its use method and measurement accuracy are all mercury table sphygmomanometers used by doctors in hospitals. Consistent.

2. Working principle:

The armband is inflated to press the measurement site to block the current, and then the gas in the armband is discharged to make blood flow again. Blood pressure measurement is judged based on the sound of blood flow when the blood flows again or the vibration of the vascular arm.

3. Measuring range:

0-300mmHg(0-40kPa)

4. Basic error:

National standard error ±3.75mmHg, factory error ±2mmHg

5. Configuration:

5.1: Header: Material: Aluminum Alloy Color: Black

5.2: Inner capsule: Material: PVC Color: Black

5.3: Pressure ball: Material: PVC Color: Black

5.4: Inlet valve: Material: zinc alloy, electroplating treatment

6. Product features:

A sphygmomanometer is a diagnostic device for measuring human blood pressure. It has the characteristics of small size and portability, the use effect is the same as that of a mercury sphygmomanometer, and it adopts a mercury-free design to measure blood pressure, which is safe and reliable, and is widely suitable for home users.

7. Points to note when measuring blood pressure:

Blood pressure should be measured in a quiet environment. Because human blood pressure changes throughout the day, you should choose to measure it at the same time every day. The subject should keep quiet in a relaxed state, preferably without talking and activities. It is advisable to wear loose clothes.

8. Measuring method:

8.1. Before starting the sphygmomanometer, check it first. Normally the dial of the sphygmomanometer that can be used normally is at the "0" position, and it responds flexibly after pressurization and can still return to the "0" position.

8.2. Ask the subject to sit at the table, place his left arm gently on the table, and maintain a very comfortable posture.

8.3. Adjust the arm to be at the same height as the heart. If the height is not enough, add soft cushion under the arm.

8.4. Flatten the armband so that the middle of the air belt faces the brachial artery, and the lower edge of the armband reaches 2 to 3 cm above the cubital fossa. Tie it to the upper arm. It should not be too tight or too loose. Generally, two fingers should be inserted under the sleeve. It is appropriate to avoid affecting the correctness.

8.5. Insert the ear of the stethoscope into the armband and place it on the brachial artery of the elbow.

8.6. Use a latex ball to pump slowly into the armband, and pay attention to monitoring. When the brachial artery pulsation disappears, increase the pressure by 2.5kPa-4kPa (20mmHg-30mmHg) to stop pumping.

8.7. After the pressurization stops, slowly release the air in the armband at a speed of 0.3kPa-0.6kPa (2mmHg-4mmHg) per second, so that the sphygmomanometer pointer will gradually drop.

8.8. The pressure value shown by the gauge hand when the first beating sound heard through the stethoscope during the descent is the systolic blood pressure.

8.9. When the pulsating sound turns into a murmur after gradually increasing, the tone suddenly becomes dull and gradually disappears. When no sound is heard, it is the diastolic blood pressure.

*When measuring blood pressure, it should generally be repeated 2 to 3 times, and the obtained readings are averaged as the blood pressure value.

*The back of the sphygmomanometer case is equipped with a metal hook, which can be hung on the armband during use to make reading more convenient.

*The sphygmomanometer arm has a Velcro buckle for convenient strapping
